研究与开发 (R&D)
To generate new product ideas and recipes
– To improve production’s methodologies to obtain better quality and production yield;
– Conduct R&D study for value added, regulatory compliance, quality improvement,of existing products.
-Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale.
– Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standard are meet the requirement.
– Identify and choosing products from supplier
– Plan, execute, and manage the development of prototype products in lab from product development concepts including but not limited to sourcing of new raw materials, packaging materials and research into new product/process/packaging technologies
– Design and implement production test plans and approve new products and processes. Coordinate production tests with Operations and QA.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
– Minimum of 2 years of related working experience in the R&D working environment. Good to have:
– Exposure in New Product Introduction (NPI)
– Knowledge of Industrial 4.0 & automated inspection product’s capability, strength and shortfall. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards.
– Hard working, smart, initiative and show interest in working with cable industry.

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Diploma / Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
